CardSwap is currently structured as a platform for user-to-user card lists, match suggestions, and messaging. CardSwap does not itself buy or sell cards, does not process payments for the card trades, and is not itself the contracting party of the underlying card swap between users.
If CardSwap later offers paid services directly to consumers, the required consumer disclosures, pricing details, and any withdrawal information should be provided directly in the relevant offer or checkout flow.
CardSwap may use card references, images, or pricing references from third-party sources. Different supported games may rely on different upstream data providers. Trademarks, card names, and game systems remain the property of their respective owners. External data is used for reference only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
